The result: A new brand was born

Performance PT in Rhode Island was on the brink of major growth. With expansion throughout and beyond the New England area in mind, the CEO and Chief Communications Officer knew that they’d run into brand issues along the way. After selecting the new name - Highbar - it was time to do the work.

Sabatino Marketing began with a brand audit to identify and prioritize changes. We developed a tiered brand rollout communications plan for all audiences and wrote talking points and copy, including leadership presentations for the CEO. We led an RFP process to select a creative agency partner to develop the new brand’s look and feel, launched a wholesale rebrand and website redesign, and on-boarded a digital marketing partner to manage a supporting SEO and SEM campaign.

With a fresh, modern and bold new brand, Highbar has continued its expansion and furthered its mission to disrupt the PT industry.

THE INDUSTRY: Financial education

The Investment Banking Institute has been a well-respected leader in the financial education industry for decades. In 2021, their first female CEO had her sights set on reaching a new, underserved market - women returning to the workforce after some time off, like new moms or caregivers.

Together, IBI and Sabatino Marketing LLC ideated on how to present and brand this new custom offering, and Series W came to life.

Sabatino Marketing developed key messaging, web, video and email copy, and designed B2B pitch decks and one sheeters for the program. With our marketing support, IBI was able to launch the inaugural Series W offering.

PT United is a provider of therapy equipment, supplies and services for physical therapy clinics all over the US with the goal of continued expansion.

On a project and campaign basis, Sabatino Marketing was able to serve as PT United’s marketing team, providing strategy development, copywriting and design for a variety of needs. With the marketing collateral and pitch decks in hand, PT United’s sales team was better equipped to share the mission of the company and help more providers take their clinic efficiency to the next level.

Saint Joseph’s University

The industry: Education

The problem: Content development to promote new programs

The ask/service: Copywriting and strategy

The result: Marketing Copy to Support New Offerings

The merger of University of the Sciences into Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA brought with it several exciting graduate and professional programs.

As a result, Saint Joseph’s contacted Sabatino Marketing to aid in the development of email communications plans, news articles and web copy for dozens of new programs. Our long experience in education marketing and communications and specifically with Saint Joseph’s University made us a natural fit for this 3-month project.

We interviewed stakeholders in the relevant departments, developed messaging frameworks, wrote web copy and developed email nurture campaigns to drive enrollment. We also wrote ten news articles to be shared across the University’s communications platforms to raise awareness of the new and expanded programs, just in time to help Saint Joseph’s kick off a new school year and recruitment cycle.

The result: Sharing the Mission with More Moms (and Growing the Business)


Get Mom Strong, a startup fitness company with a mission to help moms heal and strengthen postpartum, began partnering with Sabatino Marketing in 2021 for fractional CMO services. The business had grown tremendously over the years through largely organic social media and word of mouth alone. But it was time to grow!

We started with a marketing audit and developed a basic content strategy to increase engagement and frequency of communications with the large email list. We tested paid advertising for the business’ annual sale campaigns and developed a coordinated SEO and SEM strategy using existing and new assets. We launched and enabled Hubspot as the business’ CRM and conducted a search to identify a new UX/UI design vendor to launch upgrades to the app and branding. We then ran an RFP process to select a marketing agency partner to aid in paid media management and optimization. In support of Get Mom Strong, we’ve launched dozens of events, challenges, sales, email campaigns and new program offerings, and are excited to partner with them on more to come!
